Our Membership Recognition Program is designed to strengthen the sense of community within your club while creating beautiful, professional portraits that members and their families will treasure for generations.

For more than 30 years, we have specialized in photographing club members in a relaxed, professional environment. Our goal is to make every portrait session enjoyable, convenient, and worthy of the traditions and standards your club represents.

As part of the program, Town & Country Portraits provides professional member photographs that can be used for a variety of club purposes, including:

How the Program Works

We will set up a temporary portrait studio inside your club at a location of your choosing. Members are invited to schedule a convenient appointment for themselves and their families, allowing each session to be relaxed and unhurried.

Immediately following the portrait session, members have the opportunity to view their images and select their favorite portrait. They may also purchase professionally finished portraits, wall art, or digital images if they wish.

There is never a sitting fee, no obligation to purchase, and absolutely no cost to the club for hosting the program.

Once photography is complete, we work closely with your staff to provide the member images in the formats needed for your club’s directory, membership software, website, or other internal systems. Every club has unique needs, and we tailor the final delivery accordingly.
